Macy’s to sponsor Derby Festival fashion show

Macy’s Inc. is the new title sponsor of the Kentucky Derby Festival’s Spring Fashion Show.

This is the first time Macy’s (NYSE: M) has sponsored the annual show, according to a news release from the Kentucky Derby Festival.
This year’s show is scheduled for Thursday, March 28, in the showroom of Horseshoe Southern Indiana and starts with cocktails and boutique shopping at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and a runway show at 8 p.m.

Macy’s will also be contributing sponsor of the festival’s Celebrity Day at the Downs event this year and a supporting sponsor of the wardrobe given to members of the Festival’s Royal Court.
